Picked J. Roarke based on their 5 star Google reviews. I called the next morning and they said they could come out afternoon, but ended up being able to come just a couple of hours after I called. Brad came out, assessed the issue, and fixed it quickly (even pointed out that the line was pined such that there was stress on the elbow and re-piped it correctly). I was initially disappointed that they charge $50 just for the estimate and don't credit that to your bill if you move forward but the end result, I'm glad they have that $50! They were extremely helpful when they were here and due to some miscommunications with the city, they rearranged on a Friday night with their supply warehouse and one of their plumbers to come to my house and and get our gas stove hooked up so that we could cook over the weekend. I was very satisfied with the work done, the professionalism and their prices.
